- El envío gratuito se aplica exclusivamente al servicio estándar, cuando esté disponible para el país de destino.
- En los países donde solo esté disponible el servicio express, el coste del envío será siempre el correspondiente a dicho servicio.
- Los plazos de entrega son orientativos y pueden variar según el destino.
- El transportista final podrá variar en función de la operativa logística.
RETURNS
At IVAN JEWELRY, we accept returns under certain conditions. Upon receiving your order, please check the items to ensure they are correct and in perfect condition.
If there is any defect or it is not what you expected, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to request an exchange or return. Write to us at ventas@ivanjewelry.com as soon as possible.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Free returns in our showroom
You can return the items at our showroom in Barcelona at no additional cost.
2. Return by courier or certified mail
If you prefer to send it on your own, you can do so through courier services (Nacex, SEUR, UPS, FedEx, Correos Exprés…) or certified mail. In this case, the shipping costs are your responsibility.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- The items must be unused, in their original bag, with the code label and the purchase invoice.
- We do not accept returns of customized or modified products (e.g., chain cutting, special orders).
ERROR IN THE ORDER
If we have made a mistake with your order:
- In Spain, we organize the pickup with Nacex.
- Outside of Spain, we reimburse the return shipping costs and the new shipment if you send us the proof of payment.
If the mistake was yours in choosing the item, the return costs are your responsibility.
REFUND**
After receiving and verifying the items, we will generate a delivery note in your favor for future purchases. If the error was ours, we can send you the correct products at no additional cost.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you must return it in its original packaging, covering the shipping costs. If we confirm the defect, we will refund the amount and the return shipping costs via a credit note for future purchases.
